Product Manager,  International Fulfillment & Warehouse Management

Reporting to the Group Product Management, the Product Manager in Carrier Management System holds a critical role within the Product team. Acting as the heart, mind, and voice of our customers, he/she will help determine the product vision of a global parcel journey and carrier management platform that will connect our offer with our customers across the world. The Product Manager will help define the shipping and delivery standards and apply innovative solutions to support the Logistics and Operations teams in managing logistic processes and fulfill orders across 150 countries. As this is a new product area within the company, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to act as a founding member in developing a team, building a portfolio of products, managing an ambitious product roadmap, and leading the end-to-end execution of all product related initiatives. 



  • Oversee a large family of carrier management products and tools, defining the vision and strategy for the designated product area

  • Serve as product evangelist, thought leader, and subject matter expert both internally and externally

  • Lead Product Managers and internal partners through the end-to-end implementation of products and features

  • Set, track and communicate KPIs for the designated product area, providing a single point of contact between Product, Technology and the different business units

  • Manage the product roadmap, providing visibility to senior leadership

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, e-commerce, retail, and fashion

  • Running execution of new carriers within the warehouse

  • Enable measurement of Carrier Performance and customer impact




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Master's degree, MBA, or strategy consulting experience, an asset

  • A minimum of 7 years relevant work experience, developing software products and technologies 

  • Experience in high impact projects at a global scale and implementation of carrier management system

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Business, Operations, Finance and Technology teams

  • Relevant fashion retail experience, an asset

  • Successful track record of leading high performing teams to deliver outstanding results

  • Experience working within an Agile environment

  • Bilingual in French and English

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead by influence across functional teams

  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial drive and technical understanding

  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
