  • You will be responsible for leading a group of top-talent engineers to build and deliver highly available, scalable cloud services.

  • Effectively collaborate with all project stakeholders i.e. Product Management and Mobile Client Engineers, resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities, to provide a complete solution.

  • Drive quarterly team’s OKRs around company goals.

  • Own the organization structure and its internal processes, define and ensure quality standards.

  • Grows and develops the competencies and skills of team members, with particular focus on developing managerial talent.

  • Defines departmental culture and mission.

  • Mobilizes team(s), establishing the tactical plans and objectives needed to accomplish these goals and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.

  • Proactively advises business units regarding the development of new services and products that further support and strengthen the capabilities of the business unit. 

  • Partners with and integrates across other areas of the company, resolving conflicts and managing competing priorities, to provide a complete solution.

  • Encourage and drive initiatives which promote innovation and technical excellence


  • Bachelor’s or Master degree (preferred) in Computer Science or equivalent related experience in software industry 

  • 8+ years of experience managing and growing a high-performing engineering team 

  • Excellent people management skills - communication, teamwork, and leadership 

  • Ability to coach and motivate team members for their ongoing career growth 

  • Proven success leading projects in fast-paced, growing-organization environment 

  • Strong cross-functional organizational skills 

  • Experience in containerization, Kubernetes, cloud services frameworks, design and develop successful large scale distributed systems on public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Experience in operations, include running and maintaining software, operating a large public cloud deployment, creating and triaging alerts around the health and security

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
